A Spoon Full of Sugar #72

I made this Halloween Card for this weeks Spoon full challenge. I love the Spook Alley line by Making Memories. The ghosts are so cute! The sentiment stamp is Kine's. Thanks for letting me borrow your stamps, Kine!
I've been working on other Halloween projects as well. I made this Box that holds candy for trick or treaters.

I've made a couple of these boxes as well. They are made from a Quickuts Silhouette template and MME halloween papers.
I've pulled out some halloween items for our living room. I love the biggest lantern! The pumpkin guy is spanking new. I made him this week. I'm gonna make a couple more, some girly ones as well, with black cupcake cup skirts. A delux version of Coraline is on its way overseas and I'm almost ready for halloween!

Friday Sketches 73

I found a really cute sketch over at Friday Sketches as well and made another card with the stamp and the papers. Look at that grin! I look like that when I get hot chocolate as well! Who doesn't?
Paper: Cosmo Cricket
Stamps: Whiff of Joy (image), Norsk Stempelblad (sentiment: warm hugs)
Punch: Martha (of course... )
Pearl: Basic Grey
Ribbon: Stampin' up!
Dies: Spellbinders classic oval and classic scallop oval
Whiff of Joy Challenge 50

I got this supercute stamp of Henry the Mouse and adorable papers from cosmo cricket this week. I just had to make a few cards! This card is for the 50th challenge over at the Whiff of Joy challenge blog. I really like the sketch!
I've coloured the stamped image with promarkers. I believe I've used dusky pink, sandstone, raw sienna, pastel blue, cornflower, berry red, poppy, forrest green, shale, maroon and rose pink. Quick and easy :)

Layouts layouts!

Ok, so I'm going to pretend like it hasn't been months since I last bloged...
I've scrapbooked some layouts lately. Prima has some new goodies in stores! Should be something for everyone in their new lines. I love the animal bash line!
The new semester has been exhausting since day one. Tasks and classes makes me work all day. By next week it'll get better. This is my last week working at my local scrapbook store. I've enjoyed my time at Steffens, but I just haven't got the time to work right now! I'll be poor, but hopefully feel healthier and I'll actually have time of once in a while. It'll be pretty great! I'll probably feel like bloging as well! We'll see :)

London - urban outfitters

Two weeks from now, I'm leaving for London! I haven't been there for 6 years! It's the only vacation we are getting this summer, so it has got to be perfect! We've got tickets for Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens and I've got a long wishlist of clothes, shoes and stuff! I've found these pretty dresses and tops at urbanoutfitters.co.uk. Neeeeed them!
School as made me absent from the blog for a long time. But I've got lots of stuff to share. See ya later!

It's a boy thing!
Last week, Tracie Hudson and Jen Starr visited Steffens and held two classes each. I was lucky enough to be able to join one of Tracie's classes. I finished my projects today. It's a layout and a mini, and I even had enough materials from the kit left to make a card. Thank you for a great class, Tracie! Sorry about the blurry pictures. It's a really grey rainy day in Oslo today!

I had an emo-date with Kine yesterday. Ok, it wasn't very emo, but the words Harry Potter, Alkaline Trio, Emily Strange, Twilight, Vampire and Nemi all came up! It was a lovely time with great tea and soap bubbles. She also saved my much-too-much-reading-life with this supercute cupcake stamp! Thanks, honey!
Speaking of supercute... I put some rub ons on a boring blue candle holder. I love these October Afternoon rub ons!

Layouts!
In april, I've scrapbooked more than the whole of 2009 combined. Finally it was fun again! 'Till my printer ran out of ink, that is...
I made 7 layouts for M-game at minneriket. I'll post them all here. I'm actually pretty happy with all of them!

Last tuesday was great! Jen Starr and Tracie Hudson visited Steffens and held 4 very inspiring classes! Man, I wish had time to scrapbook now! My finals are coming up in 23 days, so I ha've to consentrate on my studying :(
Have a great sunday! I have got more to share. Soon, I promise!

Bunnies on parade!

I've been in love with Jennifer Murphy's creations for a long time! Last easter she visited Martha and showed how to make a cute little bunny rabit for easter. I remember seeing it and thinking " Yeah, right, anyone can make those...". But this year I found the bunny again and decided to give it a try. I bought a skein of pretty white cotton yarn and started making pom poms. They needed a good trimming, but I think they came out OK. My office space is filles with fibers though...
I've made four by now. They are quite addictive, I must admit! I have already planned for these to be adopted by friends over the next days. I hope they'll be welcomed into their new homes!
